  • Our Pre-Order Phase runs from February 20th to April 2nd.

Please note that these products are fan-made merchandise, and this store has no official connection with HoYoverse Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliations.

Purchasing a product from argentumlune.bigcartel.com automatically means that you understand and agree to our store policy.

ITEM AND INVENTORY:

  • The product(s) you are purchasing is a pre-order item and will not be shipped out until after pre-orders close and all components of the respective bundles have arrived and have been quality checked.
  • You are purchasing an unofficial, fan-made product. All characters featured belong to miHoYo.
  • Distribution of the digital booklet and merchandise is not allowed. It is within the contributor's discretion if they would like to share their pieces after the production of the project.
  • All items are for a limited time only. We will not restock nor re-open pre-orders after all items have been shipped out. Please look forward to our leftover sale if you missed our pre-order period.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

  • We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped out from the USA. Domestic & International orders will be shipped out via USPS. All orders will include a tracking number.
  • The digital zine product will be sent by email after all physical orders have been shipped.
  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to the COVID-19 situation and the differences in each local postal service.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.

  • There are some countries listed in USPS where we are unable to ship packages. We will issue a refund if you have ordered from any of those suspended countries. To see the list, please visit the USPS website: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

  • Due to the ongoing crisis between Ukraine and Russia, the postal service has decided to suspend incoming deliveries to these countries. Since these restrictions will be in place for an unknown length of time, we have decided to not accept any orders from those countries.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • All sales are final after pre-orders close. We will not issue refunds on cancellations.

  • After orders are shipped out, we are not liable for any damage during shipping, transiting, and handling. We will issue a replacement and not a refund for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be re-shipped or refunded unless they pay for the cost of shipping again.
